Hlavním záměrem mé bakalářské práce je využití metodiky modelu Start ke zhodnocení výkonnosti vybraného podniku. Za tímto účelem se práce ve své první části zabývá specifikací využitých stěžejních teoretických poznatků zejména pak definicí základních pojmů, modelů a metod hodnocení Dále je provedena samotná analýza s představením společnosti a její situace, definovány její slabé a silné stránky. Na základě výsledků provedené analýzy jsem sestavil v závěrečné části práce návrhy na zlepšení a další pozitivní rozvoj podniku. The main topic of this bachelor thesis is a performance evaluation of a selected manufacturing company according to the model Start. First part deals with essential knowledge of the topic such as main definitions, models and evaluation methods. Follows the analysis including itroduction of the company, its situation, strenghts and weaknesses. I have prepared several suggestions grounded on the analysis that would provide improvements for the company and its development.
