Predložená bakalárska práce spracováva projektovú dokumentáciu na prevedenie stavby pre novostavbu bytového domu s fitness centrom v meste Kuřim pri Brne. Objekt disponuje jedným podzemným podlažím a piatimi nadzemnými. V suteréne sa nachádza hromadná garáž s 24 parkovacími miestami vrátane dvoch miest pre osoby so zníženou schopnosťou pohybu. V prvom nadzemnom podlaží sa nachádza nevýrobná prevádzka, ktorou je fitness centrum s priestrannou terasou. Ďalšie nadzemné podlažia disponujú bytovými jednotkami. Budova je navrhnutá ako monolitický železobetónový skelet s výplňovým murivom z keramických tvárnic. Obvodové steny nad úrovňou terénu sú zateplené kontaktným zatepľovacím systémom ETICS. Strecha objektu je plochá jednoplášťová. Projektová dokumentácia je vypracovaná metodikou BIM. The submitted bachelor's thesis deals with a project documentation for the construction of a new apartment building with a fitness center in the town of Kuřim near Brno. The building has one underground floor and five above ground. In the basement there is a collective garage with 24 parking spaces, including two spaces for disabled people. On the first floor is a non-production facility which is a fitness center with a spacious terrace. Other above-ground floors have housing units. The building is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton with infill masonry from ceramic blocks. Perimeter walls above ground level are insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. The roof of the building is flat, single-skinned. The project documentation is developed using the BIM methodology.
