Práce analyzuje jednotlivé formy podnikání, rozebírá problematiku společnosti s ručením omezeným a popisuje jednotlivé prvky podnikatelského plánu. Ve druhé části převádí teoretické poznatky do praxe. Jako příklad jsem využil makléřskou firmu působící v pojišťovnictví a finančních službách. My thesis analysis different forms of business, talks about ltd problems and describes all parts of a business plan. The second part implements the theory in reality. As an example I used the broker company working in financial brokerage.
