Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je problematika informačního systému a jeho vliv na celkovou efektivitu a produktivitu práce v konkrétní společnosti. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout taková opatření, která povedou ke zvýšení celkové efektivity. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. Teoretická část obsahuje nejdůležitější části oblasti informačních systémů v závislosti na obsahu. Analytická část slouží k odhalení skutečných problémů, které jsou posléze řešeny konkrétními návrhy. The main issue of diploma thesis is information system and it's influence to effectiveness and productivity of work in the concrete company. Main aim is to suggest a recommendation that will lead to increasing the effectiveness of the company work. The thesis is separated to three parts. Theoretic part engaged the information systems most important sections. The real problems are detected in the analytic part and in the practical part are the recommendations on improvement current situation.
