Tato práce se zabývá funkcí přečerpávacích vodních elektráren, popisuje jednotlivá strojní zařízení a jejich rozdělení dle parametrů použití. Nastiňuje také výpočet při návrhu hydraulického stroje. Dále jsou zde popisy strojních uspořádání a jejich použití v praxi. Pro konkrétní případ je zde zpracována přečerpávací vodní elektrárna Dlouhé stráně. Související téma, které je zde zahrnuto, je elektrizační soustava a denní diagram zatížení. This bachelor thesis deals with the functions of hydro-power plants, describes the various machinery and their distribution according to the parameters of use. Outlines the calculation in the design of hydraulic machines. There are also descriptions of machine layout and their use in praktice. For the particular case, there is prepared hydro power plant Dlouhé stráně. Related topic that is included here, the electricity system and the daily load diagram.
