Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozměřováním signálů EKG. Jejím cílem je seznámení se s metodami rozměřování signálů EKG a jednu vybranou metodu realizovat prostřednictvím programovacího rozhraní Matlab. Rozměřovací algoritmus je následně testován na databázi signálů CSE. Teoretická část této práce se věnuje detekcím komplexu QRS a známým rozměřovacím algoritmům. This bachelor´s thesis deals with the delineation of ECG signals. The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to become familiar with ECG delineation and realize one chosen delineation method in Matlab. The delineation algorithm was tested on a CSE database. The theoretical part of the work describes methods of QRS complex detection and ECG delineation.
