Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním naměřených dat EKG. Hlavním tématem je digitální filtrace požadovaného signálu od šumu a artefaktů, který vzniká převážně při interferenci s rozvodnou sítí, pohybem měřeného subjektu, nebo elektromagnetickým rušením. Druhotným cílem je otázka komprese pro přenos dat. This bachelor thesis deals with the measurement of ECG data. The main theme is digital filtering desired signals from noise and artifacts, which arises mainly to interfere with the power grid, moving the measured entity or electromagnetic interference. A secondary objective is the issue of compression for data transmission.
