Cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat problematiku při změně režimu daně z přidané hodnoty u modelového podnikatelského subjektu a zjistit všechny změny účetních a daňových aspektů spolu s výhodami a nevýhodami v souvislosti s přechodem režimu DPH. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vysvětlení pojmů v oblasti DPH a na principech jeho uplatnění. Praktická část se zaměřuje na konkrétní subjekt, u kterého se týká daná problematika. Na závěr jsou ukázány vhodné návrhy řešení a správného uplatnění odpočtu DPH podle české legislativy. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the issue of changing the VAT regime in a model business subject and to identify all changes in accounting and tax aspects, along with the advantages and disadvantages of VAT. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of VAT and the principles of its application. The practical part focuses on the specific subject to which the issue relates. At the end will be shown suitable proposals for the solution and the correct application of the VAT deduction according to Czech legislation.
