Diplomová práca má poslúžiť ako návrh stratégie konkurenčných stretov vedeniu podniku. Uvedenie tohto návrhu do praxe má reálny predpoklad na posilnenie konkurencie schopnosti podniku a možnosti úspešného rozvoja podniku v najbližšom období. Diplomová práca je rozdelená na časť teoretickú, analytickú a návrhovú. V teoretickej časti sú vymedzené základné pojmy a použité metódy pre strategickú analýzu externého a interného okolia podniku. V analytickej časti sú tieto metódy aplikované na konkrétny podnik. Výsledky analýz sú podkladom pre návrhovú časť, v ktorej sú navrhnuté alternatívy riešenia a v závere je vybraná najvhodnejšia alternatíva a odôvodnenie jej výberu. Diploma thesis should serve as a proposal of a strategy of competitive encounters for management of company. Realization of this proposal has assumption for strengthening the competitiveness of the company, and the successful development of the company in the future. This thesis is divided into three parts- theoretical, analytical and project part. Basic terms and used methods for strategic analysis of extarnal and internal influences are described in theoretical part. These methods are applied on the actual company in the analytical part. Suggested alternative of solutions are described in the project part. The most suitable alternative is defined in the closure.
