Bakalářská práce se zabývá vypracováním projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Jedná se o samostatně stojící rodinný dům pro čtyřčlennou rodinu s dvěma dětmi, jehož součástí je i logopedická ambulance. Objekt je členěn do dvou nadzemních a jednoho podzemního podlaží. Podzemní podlaží bude řešeno jako technické zázemí. V 1 NP se nachází obytná část. Dále se zde nachází logopedická ambulance s čekárnou a samostatným vstupem, která je řešena bezbariérově. Ve 2 NP se nachází pobytová část. Součástí domu je garáž s parkováním pro jeden osobní automobil a tři parkovací místa před domem, z nichž jedno je řešeno bezbariérově. K domu patří také zahrada situovaná na jih. Z konstrukčního hlediska je svislý nosný systém proveden z broušených cihelných bloků typu THERM s minerální izolací. Stropy jsou tvořeny z polomontovaného keramického stropu typu THERM a strop nad částí 1 NP a nad 2 NP je dělaný z železobetonu. Střecha nad garáží je udělaná jako vegetační a nad 2 NP je plochá střecha s klasickým pořadím vrstev. A topic of this Bachelor thesis is developing a design documentation for building site. It´s a detached house for a family of four members with two children, which part is a speech therapy clinic. It is structured to two floors - ground floor and first floor, and basement. We can find a kitchen and living room on the ground floor. In another part of the ground floor is situated a speech therapy clinic and waiting room. Speech therapy clinic have a separate entrance. The speech therapy clinic is solved as accessible. The first floor is made as living area only. A part of the family house with speech therapy clinic is a garage for one car. We can find three parking spots in the car park in front of the house. One of the spots is solved as accessible. The garden is situated on the south side of the house. From a construction part a vertical supporting system is made from ground brick block type THERM with mineral isolation inside. Upon the basement and ground floor there is a floor with precast planks, upon the part of the ground floor and the first floor there is a plate floor. Upon the garage there is a green roof and upon the first flor there is a warm flat roof.
