V teoretické části bakalářské práce je provedeno seznámení s podstatou řečového signálu, metodou krátkodobé analýzy a je objasněn pojem periodicita. Následuje rozbor analyzovaných vlastností signálu čítajících znělost/neznělost, intonaci a podobnost sousedních period, dále je uvedena přehledová studie metod použitelných k jejich analýze. Tyto metody zahrnují ZCR, STE, HNR, ACF, NCC, AMDF a DTW. V rámci praktické části byly naprogramovány algoritmy využívající tyto metody v prostředí MATLAB, společně s obslužnými funkcemi pro segmentaci a předzpracování signálu. Všechny algoritmy byly otestovány na reálných řečových signálech a dosažené výsledky jsou rozebrány na konci práce společně s příklady využitelnosti v praxi. Theoretical part starts with a short introduction to speech signals and short time analysis method. Concept of periodicity is clarified. This is followed by analysis of the speech signal parameters - voiced/unvoiced classification, intonation and short time period similarity. Next the overview of methods used to analyze the mentioned parameters together with concepts of their algorithms is provided. These methods include ZCR, STE, HNR, ACF, NCC, AMDF and DTW. Algorithms using the methods with supporting preprocessing algorithms were programmed in MATLAB for practical part. All were tested on real speech signals and the results are discussed at the end of the thesis.
