Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem amplitudového modulátoru v obvodu FPGA. Teoretická část obsahuje popis principů amplitudové, frekvenční a Sigma-Delta modulace a shrnuje normy pro rozhlasové vysílání v České republice. V praktické části je řešen návrh vstupního Sigma-Delta A/D převodníku s využitím jednoduchých pasivních součástek včetně návrhu vstupních digitálních filtrů CIC a FIR pomocí programu MATLAB. Je také popsán návrh náhledové tabulky pro funkci sinus, bloků pro úpravu a násobení vzorků signálu a také výstupní Sigma-Delta D/A převodník. Celý obvod je popsán v jazyce VHDL. This bachelor´s thesis deals with design of amplitude modulator in FPGA circuit. Theoretical part describes principles of amplitude, frequency and Sigma-Delta modulation and summarizes standards for radio broadcasting in the Czech republic. Practical part is focused on design of Sigma-Delta A/D converter using simple passive circuit components including design of input digital filters CIC and FIR with program MATLAB. There is also designed lookup table for function sinus, blocks for modify samples and signal multiplication and D/A Sigma-Delta converter on the output. The entire circuit is described in VHDL language.
