Táto práca pojednáva o biometrických metódach, s bližším zameraním na identifikáciu osôb podža dúhovky. Popisuje počiatky biometrie ako aj jej užitie v súčasnosti. Obsahuje všeobecný prehžad o najpoužívanejších a aj tých menej známych biometrických metódach a systémov. Ďalej je zameraná na návrh hardwarového usporiadnia snímača očnej dúhovky a základné spracovanie obrazu. This work deals with biometric methods, with close aiming to identification men by the iris. It describes origins of biometric and its application in present days. It contains overview of the most used and also less known biometric methods and systems. Next aim of this work is proposal of hardware sensor of iris and simple practice of image processing
