Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh bytového domu v Lanškrouně. Jedná se o město v okrese Ústí nad orlicí v Pardubickém kraji. Objekt má tři nadzemní a jedno podzemní podlaží. V podzemní části se nachází technická místnost, sklepní kóje a úložné prostory. V nadzemní části objektu se nachází celkem 6 bytových jednotek různých velikostí od 1+kk po 4+kk. Ve druhém a třetím nadzemním podlaží se nachází balkon a ve třetím nadzemním podlažím se nachází zastřešená terasa. Konstrukční nosný systém je zděný z keramických tvárnic s keramickými stropy, konstrukce schodiště je železobetonová monolitická a je spřaženo se stropy. Objekt disponuje výtahem. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of an apartment building in Lanškroun. It is a town in the district of Ústí nad orlicí in the Pardubice Region. The building has three floors above ground and one underground floor. In the basement there is a utility room, cellar and storage space. In the above-ground part of the building there are a total of 6 residential units of various sizes from 1+kk to 4+kk. On the second and third floors there is a balcony and on the third floor there is a covered terrace. The structural load-bearing system is made of ceramic blocks with ceramic ceilings, the stair construction is made of reinforced concrete monolithic and is connected to the ceilings. The building has an elevator.
