Cílem mé diplomové práce je zhodnocení možnosti využití moderních elektronických a online nástrojů pro podporu efektivnějšího podnikání a fungování firmy. Hlavní důraz bude kladen na informační systém firmy. Případné zjištěné nedostatky současného informačního systému budou odstraněny návrhem souborů opatření vedoucích ke zlepšení situace a k optimálnímu stavu ve firmě. Součástí této práce bude také zhodnocení dalších online nástrojů, které mohou firmě pomoci především v její propagaci a e-marketingu. Práce je pro lepší názornost aplikována na konkrétní firmě, obecné postupy a analýzy lze ale všeobecně aplikovat na malé a střední firmy. The aim of my masters thesis is to evaluate the possibilities of using modern electronic and online tools for a better functioning of the company. The main focus will be placed on company information system. Any found weaknesses of the current information system will be removed and there will be design of countermeasures to improve the situation and to achieve the optimal business conditions. Part of this work will also be evalution of other online tools, that can help company with its promotion and e-marketing. This work is for better illustration applied on a particular company, but the general procedures and analysis can be genereally applied to small and medium businesses.
