Spojením rekonverze bývalého průmyslového areálu Koffillerovy továrny s revitalizací vodního toku Svitavy a Svitavského náhonu se z nevyužívaného ostrova stává příležitost pro nové pojetí centra přilehlých městských částí. Vnesení lidského ducha do industriálního prostředí pomocí městských prvků, zeleně, občanské vybavenosti a bydlení sebou přináší kvalitnější životní styl. There is an opportunity for a new approach to the city adjacent districts by a combination of a reconversion and a modification of the former industrial estate of the Koffiller´s factory with a revitalization of the river Svitava and its feeding canal from an unused island. An introduction of the human spirit into an industrial environment using urban elements, green, public amenities and habitation brings about a better lifestyle.
