Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat problematikou vymáhání pohledávek. Poskytne přehled o procesu vymáhání pohledávek dle občanského soudního řádu a exekučního řádu. Dále poskytne informace o rozhodčím řízení. Cílem této práce je navrhnout společnosti Panachilles, a.s. nejefektivnější způsob vymáhání jejích pohledávek. My bachelor thesis deals with problems of debt collection. It gives a summary of process of debt collection in Code Civil Procedure and Enforcement Regulations. It gives sumarry of arbitration procedure. The aim of this thesis is propose the most effective way of debt collection for company Panachilles, a.s.
