Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh novostavby mateřské školy s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Objekt je účelově rozdělen na tří části, kdy jedna část je řešena jako zázemí pro zaměstnance, druhou částí jsou třídy pro děti a třetí část se skládá z ordinace pro logopedii. Práce je rozdělena na tří části. První část je zaměřená na návrh stavebního řešení. Jedná se o jednopodlažní nepodsklepený objekt. Nosné svislé konstrukce tvoří pórobetonové zdivo a vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou tvořeny z dutinových předpjatých panelů Spiroll. Střecha objektu je navržena jako plochá, jednoplášťová, extenzivní zelená střecha. Druhá část je zaměřena na návrh TZB systému. Jako zdroj tepla a chladu je navržené tepelné čerpadlo vzduch/voda. Jako bivalentní zdroj je navržený plynový kotel. Vytápění budovy bude zajištěno přes otopné tělesa, krom tříd. Ty budou vytápěny podlahovým vytápěním. Výměna vzduchu je zajištěna mechanickým větráním s rekuperací tepla. Na střeše budovy se také nachází hybridní fotovoltaická elektrárna, která částečně zásobuje budovu elektřinou. Třetí část tvoří experiment na provětrávanou fasádu, kde probíhá měření teploty ve vzduchové mezeře. Výsledkem pak je porovnání otevřené provětrávané fasády a uzavřené provětrávané fasády. The aim of this master's thesis is to propose the construction of a new kindergarten with almost zero energy consumption. The building is purposefully divided into three parts, with one part serving as facilities for staff, the second part consisting of classrooms for children, and the third part comprising a speech therapy clinic. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on the design of the structural solution, which involves a single-story, without basement structure. Load-bearing vertical structures are made of aerated concrete masonry, and horizontal load-bearing structures consist of hollow precast Spiroll panels. The building's roof is designed as a flat, single-layer, extensive green roof. The second part is dedicated to the design of the HVAC system. A heat pump air/water system is proposed as the source of heating and cooling, with a gas boiler as a bivalent source. The heating of the building will be provided through radiators, except for the classrooms, which will have floor heating. Air exchange is ensured through mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. Additionally, a hybrid photovoltaic power plant on the roof partially supplies the building with electricity. The third part involves an experiment on a ventilated facade, where temperature measurements in the air gap are conducted. The result is a comparison between an open ventilated facade and a closed ventilated facade.
