Cílem této bakalářské práce bude zhodnocení objektu při jeho modernizaci na bezbariérové řešení, aby mohl být plně využíván osobou s omezenou schopností pohybu. Mým úkolem bude ocenění stávající nemovitosti, poté navržení úprav pro bezbariérovost a následná kalkulace nákladů. Na závěr bude provedena analýza zhodnocení či možného znehodnocení investovaných financí This work deals with evaluation of an object when it is upgraded to the barrier-free solution for using by a person with limited mobility. My task will be to estimate the existing property then propose modifications for wheelchair accessibility then calculate costs. Finally will be done an analysis of possible evaluation of invested funds.
