Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá technikami resuscitace, stejně tak její historií a rozšířenými variantami. První pomoc je zmíněna jen velmi okrajově, protože není hlavní náplní této práce. Doporučení pro resuscitaci se mění každých 5 let, texty tedy vychází především z doporučení Guidelines 2010. Další kapitoly a podkapitoly pojednávají o účincích elektrických proudů na lidské tkáně a s tím o úzce propojeném tématu defibrilátorů. Automatický externí defibrilátor (AED) je vzhledem k zadání popsán podrobněji. Součástí práce je rovněž popis programu generátoru defibrilačních impulzů a výukové prezentace, ve které je popsán postup resuscitace s pomocí AED. This thesis deals with the techniques of resuscitation as well as its history and advanced options. First aid is mentioned only marginally because it isn’t the main purpose of this study. Recommendations for resuscitation are changed every 5 years. Therefore the texts are primarily based on the recommendations of the Guidelines 2010. Other chapters and subchapters focus on the effects of electrical currents on human tissues and on the closely related topic of defibrillators. The automated external defibrillator (AED) is described in more detail due to the assignment of this thesis. It also includes a description of the defibrillation pulse generator and the teaching presentation which describes the AED resuscitation procedure.
