Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci řízení zásob ve vybraném podniku. V návaznosti na provedou analýzu současného stavu podnikání, vypočítaní optimálních hodnot a porovnání s hodnotami současnými, navrhuje změny a případná doporučení k realizaci, které povedou ke zlepšení stavu řízení zásob v dané společnosti. The bachelor’s thesis is focused on the optimization of inventory management in a selected company. In connection with the analysis of the current state of business, calculation of optimal values and comparison with current values, it proposes changes and possible recommendations for implementation that will lead to improvement of inventory management in the company.
