Úkolem práce bude provést návrh na zateplení vybrané nemovitosti. Na základě tohoto návrhu pak vyhodnotit rozdíl nákladů na provozování nemovitosti před a po provedení zateplení. V práci bude zhodnocena také ekonomická návratnost provedené investice. The task of this diploma thesis is to suggest insulation of chosen building and evaluate difference of operation costs before and after finishing the insulation. The economic return of the investment will be focused as well.
