Tato práce má za cíl vypracovat projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby. Projekt řeší novostavbu nadstandardního rodinného domu. Rodinný dům se nachází v obci Tři Dvory ve Středočeském kraji. Dům je určen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu pro celoroční obývání. Objekt má jedno podzemní a jedno nadzemní podlaží. Dům má tvar písmene L a je zděná z keramických tvárnic. Střecha je kombinací vegetační ploché střechy a klasické ploché střechy. Objekt je situován v mírně svažitém terénu. This work aims to develop project documentation for building construction. The project addresses the new construction of a high standard family house. Family house is located in the village of Tři Dvory in the Central Region. The house is designed for a family of four people for year-round occupancy. The building has one underground and above-ground floors. The house is L-shaped and is bricked from ceramic blocks. The roof is a combination of vegetation flat roofs and classic flat roofs. The building is situated on a slightly sloping terrain.
