Tato práce analyzuje problematiku související s rozvojem zahraničních aktivit ve firmě zabývající se montáží ocelových konstrukcí OK mont - STM, s.r.o. Obsahuje taková optimální řešení, která by pomohla ve firmě rozvíjet zahraniční aktivity. This diploma work analyse problems connected with propsal of development of foreign activities in the firm dealing with assembly of the steel constructions – OK mont-STM, s.r.o. It includes such optimal methods of solution, which would help the firm in developing the foreign activities.
