Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem výstavby rezidenčních nemovitostí města Vyškova od historie až po současnost. Práce je rozdělena do jednotlivých kapitol, které se týkají výstavby dané lokality v určitém období. Jednotlivá období obsahují typické rysy výstavby s uvedením jejích zástupců a fotodokumentaci s popisem jednotlivých rezidenčních nemovitostí. Největší rozvoj výstavby byl zaznamenán v období 70. let 20. století, kdy probíhala hromadná výstavba panelových bytových domů nebo řadových rodinných domů. Součástí práce je také grafické zpracování vývoje počtu obyvatel a domů a mapa s vyobrazením vývoje výstavby rezidenčních nemovitostí v jednotlivých obdobích. This diploma thesis deals with the development of the construction of residential property in the city of Vyškov from the beginning of construction to the present. The thesis is divided into several parts concerning the construction of the area in the certain period. These periods include typical features of construction with photographs of representatives of residential property. The highest quality development was during the seventies of 20th century when the construction of the panel blocks of flats and terraced family houses were built. The work also contains graphic processing of population and home development and the map showing development of construction of residential property in certain periods.
