Diplomová práce se analyzuje User Experience z pohledu návrhu a vývoje nové webové služby. Vysvětluje základní pojmy UX a popisuje správné použití jednotlivých metod. Dále se práce zabývá také možností využití gamifikace k řešení možných problémů při návrhu nové služby. Práce obsahuje také analýzu aktuálního stavu trhu autoškol v České republice a definuje jeho hlavní problémy. Jako jednu z možností jejich řešení práce dále obsahuje návrh a implementaci nové webové služby pro sdílení zkušeností uživatelů s jednotlivými autoškolami. This thesis analyzes the User Experience in design and development of new Web applications. Thesis describes the proper use of the UX methods and also deals with the possibility of using gamification in the design of new services. The work also contains analysis of the market of driving-schools in the Czech Republic and defines its main problems. Like a solution to these problems, the work includes the design and implementation of a new web application for sharing experiences among students.
