Cieľom tejto práce je posúdiť vytipované detaily z konštrukčného a teplotechnického hľadiska v rámci návrhu budovy coworkingového centra v mestskej časti Olomouc-Slavonín. Jedná sa o budovu s jedným podzemným a dvomi nadzemnými podlažiami. V suteréne sa nachádza hromadná garáž pre 88 parkovacích miest, technické zázemie. Nadzemné podlažia objektu sú rozdelené do 3 blokov. V západnej časti – bloku A sa nachádzajú kancelárske priestory s kaviarňou a hygienickým zázemím, v bloku B čisto kancelárske priestory s hygienickým zázemím a v bloku C posilňovňa s hygienickým zázemím. 1. PP a 1. NP sú tvorené železobetónovým skeletom, 2. NP sa jedná o drevostavbu z masívnych drevených panelov z krížom lepeného dreva. Fasáda budovy je riešená ako prevetrávaná v 1. NP a v časti 2. NP. V prípade drevených panelov sú tieto zateplené kontaktným zatepľovacím systémom. Súčasťou práce je aj projektová dokumentácia novej novostavby a technického vybavenia budovy. Projekt bol realizovaný v programe ArchiCad. Projektová dokumentácia bola vypracovaná v súlade s platnými právnymi a technickými predpismi. The aim of this thesis is to assess the selected details from the structural and thermo-technical point of view in the design of a co-working centre building in the Olomouc-Slavonín city district. It is a building with one underground and two above-ground floors. In the basement there is a collective garage for 88 parking spaces, technical facilities. Above-ground floors of the building are divided into 3 blocks. In the western part - block A there are office premises with a cafe and sanitary facilities, in block B purely office premises with sanitary facilities and in block C a gym with sanitary facilities. PP and 1. NP are made of reinforced concrete skeleton, 2. NP is a wooden building made of solid wooden panels of crosslaminated timber. The façade of the building is designed as ventilated in the 1st floor and in part 2. NP. In the case of wooden panels, they are insulated with a contact insulation system. The work also includes the project documentation of the new new building and the technical equipment of the building. The project was implemented in ArchiCad. The project documentation was prepared in accordance with the applicable legal and technical regulations.
