Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zkoumání vlastností jádrových směsí. Jádrové směsi jsou připravovány z organických pojiv a zpracovány technologií cold-box/amin. Směsi jsou připravovány celkem ze 3 různých organických pojivových systémů od 2 výrobců. Hodnocení je provedeno z hlediska jejich pevnosti v ohybu ve stanovených časových intervalech a výsledky jsou srovnány se stanovenými pevnostními kritérii. Dále je zkoumán vliv vodního nátěru na pevnost v ohybu těch jádrových směsí, které vyhověly v prvním experimentu všem pevnostním kritériím. V poslední experimentální části práce jsou směsi hodnoceny z hlediska jejich ekologičnosti. Pomocí analýzy DSC/TG je zkoumáno, zda se při ohřevu vzorků jádrových směsí z nich uvolňují nějaké látky. Následně byly směsi podrobeny GC-MS analýze, aby byla možná identifikace uvolňujících se látek. This master thesis is focused on the study of the properties of core mixtures. The core mixtures are prepared from organic binders and processed by cold-box / amine technology. The mixtures are prepared of 3 different organic binder systems from 2 manufacturers. The evaluation is performed in terms of their flexural strength at specified time intervals and the results are compared with the specified strength criteria. Furthermore, the effect of water coating on the flexural strength of those core mixtures that met all the strength criteria in the first experiment is investigated. In the last experimental part of the work, the mixtures are evaluated in terms of their environmental friendliness. DSC / TG analysis is used to investigate whether any substances are released when the core mixture samples are heated. Subsequently, the mixtures were subjected to GC-MS analysis in order to identify the substances released.
