Tento projekt je zaměřen na analýzu pojmů fluktuace, útlumy a šumy. Tyto rušivé vlivy se vyskytují při šíření optického svazku atmosférickým přenosovým prostředím. Dalším cílem projektu je navrhnout vhodnou metodu pro určování míry těchto rušivých vlivů. Po návrhu metody následuje samozřejmě experimentální měření ověřující její použitelnost. This project is directed at fluctuations and noises analysis in free space optics. These distorting effects go with laser beam propagation through random media. The next assignment is to project method to measure them. Finally project is to make a measurement to acknowledge accuracy this method.
