Cílem bakalářské práce byla rešerše zvolené problematiky, zvolení nástrojového a strojního vybavení, návrh technologie výroby tvárnice, zpracování technologického postupu a výrobního výkresu. V první části je stručné seznámení s polymerními materiály a jejich rozdělení. Také jsou zde popsány technologie pro zpracování plastů, především se zaměřením na technologii vstřikování a s ní spojená vstřikovací forma a vstřikovací stroj. V druhé části je navrženo nástrojové a strojní vybavení, zvolený materiál tvárnice a návrh technologie výroby. Součásti práce je také výrobní výkres a technologický postup. The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to search the selected issue, the choice of tool and machinery, design of block production technology, processing of the technological process and production drawing. The first part is a brief introduction to polymeric materials and their distribution. Technologies for plastics processing are also described here, especially with a focus on injection molding technology and the associated injection mold and injection molding machine. In the second part, tool and machinery equipment, selected block material and design of production technology are designed. Part of the thesis is also a production drawing and technological process.
