Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu vybraného podnikatelského subjektu PKS okna a.s. Na základě zkoumaných analytických metod vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku je zhodnocena celková situace podniku. Pomocí Kralickova Quick testu je zhodnocena finanční situace podniku. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení stávající situace. The Masters thesis is focused on analysis of the selected company PKS okna a.s. The overal situation of the company is assessed, based on examination of its external and internal environments. Its financial situation is evaluated using Kralicek Quick test. The conclusion is that there are suggestions of improving the current situation.
