Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na průběh zakázky ve společnosti Maletínský Pískovec s.r.o., která se zabývá těžbou kamene a s tím souvisejících dalších služeb. Prostřednictvím analýzy je definován současný stav řízení průběhu zakázky a následně jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení. The bachelor´s thesis focuses on the study during the engagement at Maletinský Pískovec s.r.o., which deals with stone mining and other related services. There is defined the current status of the study during the contract through an analysis in this company and also suggestions for improvement.
