Cílem mé diplomové práce je zmapovat způsoby ocenění a metody používané na Slovensku se zaměřením na byty. Popsat situaci na trhu s nemovitostmi na Slovensku, pokusit se získat vyjádření realitních kanceláří nebo znalců ohledně stavu trhu s byty na Slovensku. Srovnat nabídku a poptávku pro vybranou nemovitost. Provést charakteristiku způsobu ocenění a ocenit vzorový byt podle těchto metodik. V úvodu definuji základní pojmy z oblasti oceňování nemovitostí, v další části je soupis a popis jednotlivých oceňovacích metod. V další navazující části se zabývám trhem s byty na Slovensku a jako poslední část je připojeno ocenění bytů pomocí těchto metod.
