Novou cestou v území vytvářím pomyslnou hranici rozdělující lokalitu na dvě části, na část krajinnou a část městskou. V části městské bude situována sportovní vybavenost, určená pro aktivní sportovní vyžití, jako fotbal, volejbal, basketbal a stávající sportoviště, jako je například sokolovna v severní části území, která má potenciál dalšího rozvoje. K veřejně přístupným sportovištím vzniká zázemí šaten a provozu. V části krajinné se rozkládá zóna určená pro relaxaci a odpočinek. Atmosféru ji zajišťuje odstup od rušné komunikace a ostatních zdrojů hluku. Zóna nabízí velké trávníkové plochy vybízející k piknikům a odpočinku po sportovních výkonech podaných na sportovištích aktivní městské zóny.
