Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem obnovy bývalé sýpky a ovčínu v klášterním areálu Porta Coeli, Předklášteří u Tišnova. Při vytváření architektonické studie bylo nutné zanalyzovat a přihlédnout ke kulturně-historickým hodnotám kláštera, jeho areálu a nejbližšího okolí, stavebně-technickému stavu a veřejným funkcím v okolí klášterního areálu. Základní ideou návrhu bylo navrhnout místo, kde se budou lidé shromažďovat, a tím přinesou život do klášterního areálu. Proto z bývalého ovčínu je navržen multifunkční sál, kde se mohou odehrávat oslavy, svatby, firemní večírky, ale například i obecní akce. V blízké návaznosti na ovčín je sýpka, kde se v návrhu nachází loutkové divadlo a ve vyšších podlažích jsou umístěné hotelové pokoje. Tyto objekty mají lidi vybízet k setkávání se v klášterním areálu Porta Coeli. This diploma thesis deals with the design for the restoration of the former granary and sheepfold in the monastery complex of Porta Coeli, Předklášteří near the city of Tišnov. When conducting the architectural study, it was necessary to analyze and take into account the cultural-historical values of the monastery, its premises and its immediate surroundings, plus the structural-technical condition of the monastery complex and public functions in the vicinity. The basic idea underpinning the design was to create a place where people would gather and this bring life to the monastery grounds. Therefore the former sheepfold becomes s multifunctional hall where celebrations, weddings, corporate events can be staged in addition to municipal functions. In close proximity to the sheepfold there is the granary for which the design includes a puppet theatre and the upper floors to be used for hotel accommodation. These design features combine to create an environment that encourages people to frequent and use the monastery grounds Porta Coeli.
