Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout vytápění a přípravu teplé vody v bytovém domě. Teoretická část je zpracována na téma přípravy teplé vody. Výpočtová část obsahuje výpočet tepelných ztrát, návrh teplosměnných ploch, dimenzování potrubí a návrh zdroje tepla pro vytápění a přípravu teplé vody. Zdrojem tepla jsou kondenzační plynové kotle, které jsou umístěny v technické místnosti. Příprava teplé vody a měření spotřeby tepla jsou řešeny bytovými stanicemi. The objective of this bachelor thesis is to design heating and hot water production in an apartment block. The theoretical part is based on the topic of the preparation of hot water. The calculation part includes the calculation of heat losses, the suggestion of heat transfer surfaces, the dimensioning of pipes and the suggestion of the heat source for heating and warm water. Gas condensing boilers are applied as a heat source. They are located in the technical room. The preparation of hot water and the heat consumption measurements in flats are solved by district heating substations.
