Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením vývoje hospodaření a fundraisingu vybrané neziskové organizace, příspěvkové organizace Domov pro seniory Bažantnice v Hodoníně. Nejprve jsou představeny cíle a metody práce, poté následuje teoretická část, v níž jsou vymezeny základní pojmy spojené s neziskovými organizacemi. Analytická část zahrnuje analýzu výnosů, nákladů, výsledku hospodaření a fundraisingu. Na základě výstupu z analýz jsou představeny návrhy pro nové možnosti získání finančních prostředků. The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the development of the economy and fundraising of the select non-profit and contributory organization Domov pro seniory Bažantnice in Hodonín. Firstly, the aims and methods of the work and introduced, the theoretical part then consists of the basic terms associated with non-profit organizations. The analytical part includes the analysis of yields, costs, net income and fundraising. Based on the output of the analyses, proposals for new ways of obtaining funding are presented.
