Diplomová práce se zabývá sestavením podnikatelského záměru pro založení Boulder Centra v Brně. Jde o horolezeckou stěnu spojenou s možností posezení. Na základě ekonomických analýz je sestaven podnikatelský plán, který určuje šanci a podmínky realizace daného projektu. The Master Thesis deals with a business plan for setting up a Boulder Centre in Brno. The centre will comprise of a gym for rock climbing and a bar. The bussines plan is based on economic analyses and determines the conditions and chances of the project implementation.
