Tato práce se zabývá analýzou informačního systému ve vybraném podniku ŽĎAS a následným vypracováním návrhu na zlepšení jednotlivých součástí a služeb související s informačním systémem a podnikovými procesy. Práce se zaměřuje pouze na IS určený pro oblast strojírenství, které patří mezi klíčové činnosti podniku. This thesis deals with the analysis of information system in the selected company ŽĎAS and subsequent elaboration of draft to improve individual components and services related to information system and business processes. The work focuses primarily on the IS designed for engineering, which is one of the most valueable enterprise activity.
