Rešeršní práce se zabývá vlivem rotace kola na aerodynamické charakteristiky automobilu. Jsou zde popsány různé metody využívané k simulaci rotace kola. Práce se zaměřuje zejména na vymezení aerodynamických rozdílů mezi statickým a rotujícím kolem, a dále sleduje, jaký vliv má rozdílná geometrie disku kola na aerodynamiku. The bachelor’s thesis deals with the influence of wheel rotation on the aerodynamic characteristics of a vehicle. Different methods of modelling of wheel rotation are described. The thesis is focused especially on defining aerodynamic differences between static and rotating wheels and finally on the influence of different rim design on aerodynamics.
