Tato práce se zabývá různými verzemi Prüferovy transformace a jejich využitím v teorii vybraných lineárních i nelineárních diferenciálních a diferenčních rovnic. Pro každou z těchto rovnic je uvedena Prüferova transformace, její vlastnosti a aplikace. This thesis analyses various versions of Prüfer transformation and their use in the theory of selected linear and nonlinear differential and difference equations. For each of this equations we introduce the Prüfer transformation, its properties and its applications.
