Bakalářská práce na téma Rodinný dům s kavárnou v Oticích u Opavy na úrovni dokumentace pro provádění staveb. Stavba byla vypracována tak, že objekt je rozdělen na dvě části. První částí je rodinný dům spojený s garáží. Rodinný dům má dvě nadzemní podlaží. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází garáž, technická místnost, pracovna s koupelnou. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží jsou navrženy denní místnosti s klidovou zónou. Přes obývací pokoj a ložnici je možný přístup na venkovní terasu. Nad druhým nadzemním podlaží je navržená plochá střecha. Druhou částí je kavárna, která se nachází v přízemí. Nad kavárnou je navržená plochá střecha. Obvodové nosné stěny a vnitřní nosné stěny byly konstrukčně řešeny zdícím systémem Porotherm. Objekt je zaizolovaný vnějším kontaktním zateplením. Bachelor´s thesis on theme Family house with café in Otice near Opava-level documentation for execution of works. On the first floor is a garage, utility room, study with a private bathroom. On the second floor are designed living room with a quiet zone. across living room and bedroom access is possible on the outdoor terrace. In second floor is designed flat roof. The second part of building is the cafe, which is located on the ground floor. Above the café is designed flat roof. External bearing walls and interior load-bearing walls were structurally designed masonry Porotherm system. The building is an insulated outer contact insulation.
