Bakalářská práce se zabývá sledováním obsahu prvků ve vsázkových surovinách vysoké pece a jejich vlivem na optimalizaci surového železa. Obsahy prvků se také zaznamenávaly v materiálu, který vysokou pec opouští. Ve spolupráci s TŘINECKÝMI ŽELEZÁRNAMI, a.s. se za dané časové období sledovalo především množství síry, fosforu, manganu, ale také zinku, železa a alkálií (K2O, Na2O) a následně se vypracovaly jejich materiálové bilance. Zpracované regresní analýzy ukazují vliv množství vsázkových surovin na obsahy jednotlivých prvků ve výstupních surovinách. This Bachelors thesis deals with monitoring the content of elements in batch for blast furnace and their influence on optimizing the production of pig iron. Contents in output materials were also recorded. For a given time period were monitored especially the quantity of sulfur, phosphorus, manganese, zinc, iron and alkali (K2O, Na2O) in cooperation with TŘINECKÉ ŽELEZÁRNY, a.s. and their material balances were subsequently forged. Processed regression analysis show the influence of batch on the content of individual elements in the output materials.
