Tato práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací metody časové segmentace srdečních stahů v echokardiografickém záznamu. Navržený postup je postaven na algoritmech Lucas-Kanade a rychlé Fourierovy transformace. Navržená metoda segmentace je implementována v jazyce C++ za použití knihoven OpenCV a FFTW. Analýza přesnosti segmentace touto metodou ukazuje její náchylnost na kvalitu echokardiografických snímků a výskyt anomálií. Nicméně tyto nedostatky je možno odstranit použitím několika diskutovaných technik. Tato metoda je vyvíjena jako součást projektu pro analýzu echokardiografických záznamů pro Fakultní nemocnici u sv. Anny v Brně. This thesis describes design and implementation of method, which determines beginning of heart beats in echocardiographic record. Design of this method is built around pyramidal Lucas-Kanade algorithm and fast Fourier transform. This method is implemented in C++ language with OpenCV and FFTW libraries. Analysis of the implementation has shown, that this method is sensitive to anomalies in echocardiographic record. This method is developed as a part of the project for an analysis of echocardiographic records for st. Anna hospital at Brno.
