Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením a komparací výkonnosti nemovitostních podílových fondů a nemovitostních ETF. Představeny jsou jejich základní principy a rozdíly s důrazem na výhody a nevýhody pro potencionální investory. Na závěr jsou fondy seřazeny podle vybraných ukazatelů a je formulováno investiční doporučení. The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation and comparison of the performance of real estate mutual funds and real estate ETFs. Their basic principles and differences are presented with a focus on their advantages and disadvantages for potential investors. At the end, selected funds are ordered by using selected indicators and investment recommendation is formulated.
