Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom a adaptívnym riadením varne malého pivovaru. Obsahuje stručný úvod do technológie výroby piva a adaptívneho riadenia. Okrem toho obsahuje návrh malého domáceho pivovaru a riadiacej jednotky pre malý pivovar na báze mikropočítača STM32F407 s jadrom Cortex-M4. Zvolené algoritmy (Rekurentná metóda najmenších štvorcov a modifikovaný PSD algoritmus s filtráciou derivačnej zložky, obmedzením prvého prekmitu a dynamickým antiwindupom) sú implementované a overené v prostredí Matlab/Simulink. Následne sú tieto implementované do riadiacej jednotky. Navrhnuté zariadenie je použité na poloautomatickú výrobu piva.
This final thesis deals with adaptive control of small brewery. Contains a short description of brewing technology and adaptive control. Includes design of small brawery and control system based on STM32F407 Cortex-M4 microcontroller. For online identification is used Recursive Least Squares Method. The controller function perform a modified PSD controller with filtered derivative component, reducing the first overshot and dynamic antiwindup. The proposed adaptive controller is implemented into microcontroller. Created device i used for semi-automatic beer production.
