Diplomová práce analyzuje hospodaření a fundraising občanského sdružení Spolek Trend vozíčkářů Olomouc. Obsahuje teoretické poznatky o fungování neziskových organizacích se zaměřením na jejich financování, získávání dárců a způsoby hodnocení jejich efektivnosti. Analytická část aplikuje poznatky vyplývající z teoretické části do praktické úrovně. V této části jsou použity metody zaměřené na měření výkonnosti organizace. Návrhová část diplomové práce je věnována opatřením, která by měla zlepšit celkové fungování občanského sdružení. This thesis analyzes the financial and fundraising Society civic association Trend wheelchairs Olomouc . It includes theoretical knowledge about the functioning of non-profit organizations with a focus on financing, donor recruitment and methods of evaluation of their effectiveness. Analytical part applies the lessons arising from the theoretical to the practical level. In this section there are methods aimed at measuring of the performance of the organization. Forms part of the thesis is devoted to measures that should improve the overall functioning of the civic association. Klíčová slova
