Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit nejprve nezbytný teoretický fundament v oblasti rozvojových směrů, podnikových strategií a strategických cílů firmy, a dále v praktické části navrhnout systém pro řízení a sledování oběhu zásob a materiálu ve školicím středisku IT. Konkrétně jsem do tohoto informačního systému zařadil organizaci a řízení zásobování školicího střediska potravinami (občerstvením), kancelářskými potřebami, publikacemi a manuály ke kurzům; dále je zde počítáno i se správou a údržbou kávovarů, výdejníků pitné vody a počítačového hardware. Vytvořený informační systém funguje ve vnitřní síti na bázi databázového systému MS ACCESS. Tato práce si neklade cíl splnit pouze akademickou povinnost na teoretické bázi, avšak má mít především praktický význam a využití v reálném světě obchodu a podnikání. The main goal of my thesis is to create a necessary theoretical fundament in the area of developing guidelines, corporate strategies and strategic goals of a company, and to design an information system for stock level and inventory status managing and monitoring in an IT training centre. In particular, the focus of the application is on the training centre supply with food (refreshments), stationery, course textbooks and manuals; then it is a coffee maker and fresh water dispensers as well as computer hardware maintenance and supply. The information system runs on the intranet and is based on MS Access database application. This thesis does not pursue a mere fulfilling of an academic task, yet it is aiming at having practical purpose and use in real business world.
