Tato diplomová práce se zabývá bezbariérovostí, analýzou hodnotící přístupnost části města. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí – teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je detailně vysvětleny pojmy jako bariéry, bezbariérovost, heldikep a požadavky Vyhláška č. 398/2009, která stanovuje obecné technické požadavky pro zajištění bezbariérového užívání staveb. Představuje základní možnosti využití smart city prvků které je možné využít v rámci řešeného typu území. Praktická část je pak zaměřena na bezbariérového hodnocení řešené části území a následným návrhem špatně řešených míst. Dále je práce zaměřena na návrh bezbariérového parku jako mista pro pro setkávání všech bez omezení a zvýšení atraktivity řešené lokality s důrazem na kvalitu života v daném území. Součástí návrhu je také implementace smart city technologií. This thesis focuses on accessibility and the analysis of barriers in a specific part of the city. It is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part provides a detailed explanation of concepts such as barriers, accessibility, disability, and the requirements of Decree No. 398/2009, which establishes general technical standards for ensuring barrier-free use of buildings. It introduces fundamental possibilities for utilizing smart city elements applicable to the addressed type of area. The practical part is dedicated to the barrier-free assessment of the designated area and subsequent proposal for improvement in poorly designed locations. Additionally, the thesis proposes a barrier-free park as a meeting place without limitations, aiming to enhance the attractiveness of the studied area with an emphasis on improving the quality of life in the given territory. The proposal also includes the implementation of smart city technologies.
