Obsahem této práci je návrh a rozbor možností chlazení tvářecích nástrojů a přípravků pracujících za tepla za využití nejen moderních, ale také i konvenčních technologií. Z těchto návrhů je vybráno technologicky i ekonomicky nejméně náročné řešení chlazení nástrojů s vysokou účinností chladicího efektu, které je následně použito na danou aplikaci. V úvodu práce jsou také popsány teplotní účinky na degradaci tvářecích nástrojů. V průběhu experimentu je analyzována střižná hrana nástroje vyrobeného podle vybraného technologického řešení. V závěru práce je vyhodnocení dosažených výsledků. The content of this thesis is to design and analyze possible ways of cooling hot forming tools and holders with use of modern and conventional technologies. From this analysis a least technologically and economically difficult solution with high efficiency of cooling effect is chosen and used on specific application. There are also described heat effects on degradation in the beginning of this thesis. Cutting edge of the tool made by the chosen technological solution is also analyzed during the experiment. In the conclusion of this thesis is an evaluation of achieved results.
